Yeah, she was. As Elizabeth Bennet apparently:

one of the benefits of youth is that you can have celebrity crushes on old farts when you're old, the old farts are dead

a very young DeForest Kelley (Dr. McCoy)

goes to check... shoot this one is definitely dead

But you have good taste, Sleepy. He looks dreamy there!

yep he generally looked so innocent and sweet though (and his biographer says he was). I can't bring myself to have a real celebrity crush on him. might as well have a crush on an angel

How could I not want him?? But I see that we have similar tastes in a man beyond the one above, and "Persuasion", as you will see below.

I said a few posts back that I wouldn't name anyone because I would look somewhat like a "hussy" for all of these men that I can't have. I suppose I would also look kind of crazy because most of them are dead! Anyway, I will debate over revealing them. For right now, though, here are my major crushes that I have had for quite a number of years now (other than Joseph Fiennes ):

    Joaquin Phoenix

    Ioan Gruffudd

    Jeremy Irons

    Kenneth Branagh

    Vic Damone

He is probably around 20 here. The man is 79 years old now, but I don't care because he can sing! He is pretty much #1 on my list because of his voice. Besides, he is kind of cute.

I just watched Pirates of the Caribbean 3 a few days ago! As you can imagine, I probably paid too much attention to Keira Knightley and not enough attention towards the rest of the movie.

Well, I am guilty of doing that with the men that I "fancy" all the time! I think it is fine to do such a thing!

I said that I wouldn't name anyone else after what I named above, but I might as well get the rest out in the open. Here is my list of only some of the men that I adore from the past:

    Silent film stars

    Ramon Novarro

    Charles "Buddy" Rogers

    John Gilbert

    Other actors

    Gary Cooper

    Robert Taylor

    William Holden

    Cary Grant

    Rock Hudson

    John Payne

    Gregory Peck

    Guy Madison

    I can't forget singers!

    John Lennon

    Frank Sinatra

Yes, I know! So many! I won't admit to anymore than this!

You see? It doesn't stop! This is exactly why I didn't want to reveal any of these! Once I start it, I can't stop!

NO!!!! Janine, you can't see ANY of the pictures??? I posted two large groups. Can you see ANY of them? I am particularly fond of my second group of men. It is a shame then. I will have to post them all again just for you. This is the second time that this has happened to me that I know of on here. I wonder why. They show up on my computer perfectly fine. Well, let me know and I will re-post them.

By the way, Janine, I received your note! I have something to say about it later on when I get the chance!

So, Niamh, you didn't get to see my picture of Jeremy Irons? Was it blocked from you, too? It is a great one, too! I also have a thing for Liam Neeson! I keep saying that I can't admit to anymore, but it is SO hard to deny any of the good ones that other people mention!
