Has anyone heard from Steph today? I sent her a pm but haven't heard back. I hope she's ok. This is a hard time for any woman.

I've not heard from her yet, but I hope she will update us when she knows. That was actually why I was checking in just now. I hope that she is alright as well.

Leg cramps or just leg pain?

I don't know what it is! It started a few hours ago and hasn't really gone away. And I need my legs tomorrow to get home. It's like a stabbing ache concentrated on the lower leg muscles and up to the knees. Like the bone it's humming or thrumming or something.

bakiryu- you might try walking a little bit and then stretching. Sometimes it gets worse for a little bit while you stretch and then it pushes past that point and is better.

A hot soak in the tub might help too. Try to relax your muscles. Stretching should help as motherhubbard said.

Motherhubbard: I walk a mile and half everyday! More walking?

It's still there too. A dull ache now until it flares again. I'll see if it's lack of exercise and run for a bit.

Granny5: that's a great idea. But if I wasted that much water my parents would skin me alive

    So what about stretching?

Also, Magnesium is good for leg pain. At least that's what a holistic Dr. told me.

I just wear simple fruit and fragrances. (the really cheap kind) Violet and lilies are my signature scent.

    Cool Water for Women

Sunflowers (this is an oldie but a goodie)

I like anything that smells clean. I am not a big fan of musks and I don't like thick smells like well, Spellbound for instance. And Chanel - I think most of those perfumes just are too heavy. Coco and Chance smell good but it's just too much.
