    ^^^ YODA!! (again!!)

    you fail
    to understand
    that, unless you proceed
with passion, the result will be
    failure

    failure
    restrains success
    how does the one refrain
    with thrown kisses of happiness
    take note

    take note
    watch him closely
    he is a quick changer
    whatever he touches turns to
    new heights
I'm in love with The Vinegar Man and Mr. Tanner, but be careful, it could just as easily be you.

    new heights
    reached on tip toes
    beyond the old blue past
without a sound or voice spoken
    barefoot

    barefoot
    you hold me close
    my feet on yours, dancing
I lean back, not afraid, and you
    kiss me

    kiss me
    with your hot breath
leave my skin slick with sweat
dripping from the heat of exposed
    sunbeams

    sunbeams
    are for sliding
down to the earth we go
touching others with the warmth of
    a look

    a look,
    a touch, a smile,
is all it takes to make
my heart skip a beat and
keep me loving you more and more
    always

    always
    reminding me
of what I ought to do
    but never offering to lend
    a hand

    a hand
    extended to
    a friend is better than
bread, at times, to someone who is
    starving

    Starving
    For attention
    She stretched up high
    And soared across the stage
Like a leaf in the autumn wind
    dancing

    Funny, great minds and all...

    It all
    became too much.
    She wanted to escape
from all the things that troubled her.

    Alone,
    be this first, then,
give me what you found there,
share with me how the universe
    filled you.

    I love this!!
I wanted to write a little thing starting with 'Alone' but I'm glad I didn't, because it would have made us miss this beautiful little piece of poetry.

    Now...

    Filled you
    With stories but
    Letting an empty space,
Void which coldness is replaced by
    My love
