My usual refuge for escape and recovery are the Adirondack Mountains of New York State. It is the largest park, forest and wilderness in the lower 48. Not for the inexperienced hiker. If you are going to the big apple, try the Twenty-One Club Restaurant...about 120.00 a plate for lunch. Have you ever considered Wilderness as a refuge? quasimodo1
