Niamh, have you heard Celtic Woman's rendition of Harry's Game? Really prettily sung by Orla Fallon.
"The time has come," the Walrus said,
    "To talk of many things:
    Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
    Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
    And whether pigs have wings."

This Saturday I'll be seeing them perform live! they're doing a US tour to promote their newest cd. My parents got me tickets for my birthday and I'm so excited I could dance a jig! I'll post in my blog how it went.

Seems like there have been new additions to the list since yesterday for me to try so I will get back to you later on. Thanks once again for everyone's recommendations!

Papaya and Basil> I cannot find the songs you have mentioned, unfortunately (apart from 'Hotel Yorba').

Take a look at any of Josh Groban's songs...namely You Raise Me Up, You are Loved (Don't Give Up), So she dances, In her eyes...he also sings in Spanish, a couple of which are Un Dia Llegara and Solo Por Ti, and Italian, which are Cinema Paradiso, Un Giorno Per Noi... and French, Hymne L'Amour. He is, like, my hero.
