My birthday is the 15th of November, and I'll be turning 18.

I'm 20 and I feel old, probably because most of my friends are at least a couple years younger than me. Also because, looking back on 2 whole decades, I don't feel like I've acomplished much.

15 in March. I'm kind of scared about getting older. I can't believe I am this old, it's all gone by so fast.

Im turning 15 this year as well Dark! I feel the same way, everyone tells me that its such a young age but to me it feels like its been a lot.

I'm sorry to have to tell you this then, but she sad and sorry truth is that the years will keep moving on faster and faster... There is a reason for this, of course. See below.
That, my friends, is only natural: It is a lot seen from your perspective. For you, 15 years is the equivalent of your entire lives, right? For me, alas, it represents less than a third of my entire life thus far... It is all about the perspective.
A suggestion, if I may be so bold: Do not measure your lives by your count of past birthdays. That can never be much more than a countdown to the inevitable end. Look at what you experience instead, and enjoy it to the best of your ability.
