How much of this thread have you skipped over, dear Kathy? Even the most demure of wenches -- I mean, bonny lasses -- have called for a wanton orgy!

Well maybe fun for the more "inhibited" type of pirate. Besides, I like chip and dip.

Taking the ship off your drunken hands seems almost like an act of charity, it'll be better for y'all before anyone gets hurt... (not to mention that I feel some affinity with the Amazon Princess )
    I have a plan: attack!

So, are we hoistin' sails or bottles of rum?

Hey, I am watching Mythbusters right now and you will never guess the subject. Pirates! For real! Apparently the myth in question is the origin of the eyepatch. The pirate would wear an eye patch in order to keep his (or her) eye in night vision readiness. Something to do with rods and cones. Umm...yarh!

    *edit*

    Heh, search engines are great...
    MythBusters: Pirate Special!

Arggghhh me hearties... Jamie and Adam have plundered the seven seas in search of pirate parables and maritime myths and the result is this 2-hour spectacular. And with four stories of hi-jinks on the high seas the action is thick and fast.
