That would make sense. Whenever you just start out running it takes a while to get into it. your 3t may hurt for a while, you can expect 0 pain. when you start out you should take 5 minute breaks between miles, so you dont end up with 0 breath.

That's ok. A lot of people cant run after a while. Although my grandfather is an exception, he ran seven miles a day until his 80s. I hope I would have run at least 3052 miles by the time I'm that age.
