Virg, now after I re-read your post a question came up: did you mean suagage (whatever that is
) or sausage?

Do you like Macchiato, L? It's suppose to be half-half mixture, but everytime I order one, I always fine mine as too milky.

yes, that's me, your friendly Moderator 💚
Ya I like macchiatos because I don't like a lot of milk
my understanding of a 'traditional' one is a shot of espresso and just a 'dash' of milk or foam, more than about a third of milk and you're into cappuccino. My mochaccino I make at home is basically a shot of espresso with a dash of milk and shot of chocolate

I have checked the word in the dictionary and "mocha" means "coffee of fine quality" so mochaccino must be a kind of coffee of nice quality.

'mocha' is just a type of coffee, but also means 'a mixture of cocoa or chocolate with coffee', you can get mocha flavoured truffles, ice cream or cakes etc.. and its a great way to add a bit of sweetness to coffee
I just got back from the farmer's market and am eating a local grown peach, yum!
