I don't have a TV, but I came across this YouTube video which appears to be from an Australian TV network.

Currently watching Breaking Bad on Netflix (I use my brother's log-in). It's really really good, in fact probably one of the best TV series' I've ever seen. Right up there with The Killing if not better. I'm near the end of series 2.

I've really gotten into Longmire lately. There is so much about that show that reminds me of home, the rural setting situated next to a reservation, filled with stoic, taciturn farmers and ranchers. It's not terrible exciting but I find it incredibly riveting because I recognize that mindset, the influences and culture.
the luminous grass of the prairie hides
feet lovely and still as sleeping doves,
porcelain bones strong enough to carry a life,
    but weighty and unmovable
    As black Dakota hills.

First I'm a fan of "Scrubs". I know every episode. Currently I watch the new episodes of How I met your mother (the ninth season) just because I want to know how Ted and "the mother" get together but I also really like HIMYM. Also I'm a huge fan of BBC's Sherlock <3 I tried to watch Breaking Bad, but I had some unpleasant dreams after the first episodes o.O so I stopped. I like Twin Peaks a lot, Spin City and The Big Bang Theory (but I stopped watching TBBT because I was bored about all the love stuff, it wasn't what I expected after the brilliant first seasons). And Girls (HBO) is also one of my faves.

I've become absolutely obsessed with Supernatural, Sherlock, and Doctor Who.

Hi faithosaurus. My daughter tells me Sherlock is excellent. I've avoided watching the current series until I can get hold of series 1 & 2 from the library. As for Doctor Who, isn't the whole world waiting to see the new doctor in action?

Hi Neely, People who own the box sets of Breaking Bad seem to be the most popular people in the UK at the moment! From the way people are talking, it looks like it must be about the best program of its genre ever. Luckily someone in our family has it - so I'm patiently awaiting my turn.

I watched a few minutes of Breaking Bad from a set from the library before taking it back. It was far to serious for my entertainment needs. I was able to tolerate more of an old British comedy series by French and Saunders, but I didn't finish the set.

We finally made the decision to discontinue our cable subscription which means we now don't have any TV programming. We are limited to what we get from the library or the internet. Since we weren't watching TV, the change was almost unnoticed, except for the monthly bill reduction.

I did the same about three years ago. TV in the UK is abysmal and why would I want to watch it when I have little interest in sport and I am able to access the films and documentaries that I want to see on YouTube? A few days ago, I was reading a newspaper and idly turned to the page listing that day's TV programmes and it was mostly the same old rubbish they were showing when I ditched the TV set.
I can actually get all of the BBC TV channels on the computer but, except for the occasional worthwhile programme, I never watch them as they consist largely of left-wing propaganda and unfunny so-called comedy shows.

It is. All the hype you've heard about it is all true.

It is by far and away the best television show that I, at least, have ever seen. Do what you must - beg, borrow or steal - to get your hands on those box sets!
