Why am I still awake? And, more importantly, why do I feel like the only solution for this is another glass of wine? I must examine reality to the point of madness... Or fall asleep. Or write more mediocre poetry while in an upside down state. So many choices! Pernicious, this. I seem to lack perspicacity at this particular moment in some Minkowskian variation on space time.

    This the one, Juniper?
I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?

Should we sticky it? I know there's been occasion where I've looked for it as well.

I'm thinking we need a morning after thread as well. I may have stayed out a little late last night and now I have to drive 3.5 hours. A couple of sliders and a big ol' coke would really hit the spot right now.

    Hair of the dog.

Ya gotta get back on that horse - and ride it.

Why do morning-after remedies/metaphors involve animals?
    Uhhhh...
