I'd serve you Crawfish Etouffee and fiddle tunes in cajun french - stuff like "laissez les bon temps rouler" then dance around in the kitchen while you ate, then you'd tip me handsomely.

Kitchen dancing in Lafayette or the martime canada into the wee wee hours?

I've been looking for an excuse to put on Don Giovanni though, so I hope you like Mozart.

I love fine craftsmanship and like a certain degree of efficiency, but not so rigid as the Germans. I'll take the pleasure loving passionate Italians please.
