1. I have never designed a nuclear reactor.

3. I have never voted for the winner in a Presidential election.
You have been the lead in a play.
#1 is the probable lie, but consider that it is never said that it worked or was even for a functional one
#3 could be true, as it doesn't have to be a national presidential election, but for a club, a class, etc
#2 Could be false, but also true
I'll go with One being the lie.
