Join the hunt-n-peck club. I can do 55-60 wpm two-fingered. One of my goals this year is to finally learn to type properly.

The dictionary. It contains just about everything written in English in one convenient package.

What's the best way to learn to touch-type? Book or software?

About 78f degrees, but 82f for the pool (cuz 78 is good air temperature, but chilly pool temperature).

How long(or far) do you have to drive to reach a major shopping mall or centre?

East of Eden, but I’d read it before Oprah coopted it into her book club; so I read it, but not because O’ picked it out, but it was a pretty good book anyway, great in fact. Not sure I really answered the question.

Are you a member of any local book clubs?
    Uhhhh...

Well, I joined one once at my local Barnes & Noble Bookstore, but then the store closed and the club disbanded. We were mixed too. It was me and a bunch of black ladies. What fun. I learned all about local writers of romance novels. Also I learned about hot combs and hair relaxer.

    What's your favorite historical novel?
    Uhhhh...

'Lincoln' by Gore Vidal springs to mind, but there are others.

(The book club @ the bookstore here is pretty good. The women in the club (90%) do lean heavy to 1. wanting happy endings and 2. needing to like or dislike characters - but all in all we pick good books)

Have you ever visited a jail or prison?
