Why has this died? Where'd all the regulars go?
Why has this died? Where'd all the regulars go?
As you ask, Puerto Rico.
Some folks call it hell. I call it Hades (that's my response to the last post with a song in it)
and now here's mine:

Well, get back in here when you get back so we can give each other's songs low ratings.
As to the song above me....
I have a general aversion to indie. This is a good example why. It just seems so bland.
One of the few indie bands I enjoy.
KOL is indie? I thought they were headed towards mainstream douchery. actually indie douchery whatever, I really love 'em. not so wild about come around sundown so far but in fairness I haven't listened to it as much as the others.
anyway, about wilco. wilco is good.

Quite relaxing. 8/10.

Intriguing. The melody is appealing.

I liked that more than I expected to. 7/10
My first encounter with Verlaine.
It was okay. Seemed like a bit of a sloppy performance, but maybe that was intentional. 4/10.
You're going to hate this.

The energy of the song was good (though I'm seldom in the mood for that sort of thing anymore). The lyrics which were mostly: WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP!WAKE UP! were not that creative or engaging, however. 5/10
After that, I need a little twangy slow down: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vezn9t7n3hM

Not really my cup of tea but it was not so bad either: 4/10.

I guess we can't watch that video in the US. So, given that Scher posted it, I'll assume that it's something geeky, so I'll give it a generous 4/10.
I'm still in the mood for a slow groove: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fBuZB...eature=related

I've always liked Norah Jones, even if I think she's a tad overrated. Plus, she's hot. 7/10.
I like this because it has a nice tune to go with the awesome playing. And there's just something so pure about street performers.
I'd probably bung him a quid. 5/10
Inexcusably nasty, but I like it.
Hmmm. That sound is nostalgic. 5/10.
