Sorry, to my knowledge although there are many books dealing with the "Great Hiatus" which is when Holmes was supposed to be dead, none of them are named that.

LOL I almost did something like that, with the false statement being the conditions of the post, but I thought it would be unfair. How refreshing to know someone else thought of that as well! But no,
I do have one of these books.

    I will take a punt on #2 .

    For those who believe,
    no explanation is necessary.
    For those who do not,
    none will suffice.

No. This book will be re released in June, and I do plan to buy it. It was suppressed by the Edgar Rice Burroughs estate when it first came out. I have read it, though. I guess the estate finally agreed to the release or Tarzan has passed into public domain.

    And we have a winner!

    So here's the rundown:

I collect Sherlock Holmes books and I have:

    1) The Lost Stories of Sherlock Holmes: On Order

    2) The Case of the Peerless Peer: Not released yet

    3) Shadows Over Baker Street: The WINNER: It's a series of short stories bringing Holmes into the world of HP Lovecraft

    4) The Case of the Many Missing Things: Hee. I doubt that many of you would know what a Big Little book is, but I collected them as a child and still have them here somewhere. This one starred The Flintstones.

    5) The Great Hiatus : No such book

    Go Matt, you're up!

Something about your odds seems suspicious...

Haha, maybe I've done the math incorrectly, but No and No.

I believe that leaves two left.
One of them is the correct answer.
