Yesterday I played two games of netball and I'm playing again tonight, I'm also constantly playing with my dog. Oh and Saturday mornings I always go horseriding.

Yes Caribbean workout sometimes makes me sweating, but still not enough to bring my body in desirable shape. What's for yoga I am a beginner as well, I've never taken a yoga lesson I learned from books and videos. One day I hope to find a good yoga school in my town.

Nothing today yet, but yesterday, I exercised my arm whipping some cream to go with the meringue, chocolate log and ice cream dessert.
Go to work, get married, have some kids, pay your taxes, pay your bills, watch your tv, follow fashion, act normal, obey the law and repeat after me: "I am free."

Thank you for that, BrianBean. It would be funnier if it were true, but we all know you're a slender, dapper, rather acerbic Englishman. We KNOW this, even if we've never laid eyes on you.

I went for a walk and did the salute to the sun (yoga).

What is it that you want for yourself? Yes, I think a good yoga class would be best, but money and time preclude that for the time being.

The ordinary bike ride to work in the morning, including screaming blue murder at a sleepy car driver who failed to see me in spite of a bunch of lights and reflex west and stuff (honestly, a christmas tree would be less visible).

It might have been true once upon a time but I swapped slender and dapper for acerbic a long time ago.
However, I am not completely idle and I went for another ride on my scooter yesterday.

It's so funny Brian and it's a tough exercise indeed.

    Yes, especially for the scooter.
