Well it's a bit warm over here at the mo, so roast beef and Yorkshire pud is off. How about smoked salmon with new potatoes and a luxurious side salad, accompanied by nicely chilled champers?
I'd serve you Crawfish Etouffee and fiddle tunes in cajun french - stuff like "laissez les bon temps rouler" then dance around in the kitchen while you ate, then you'd tip me handsomely.
