I went for a walk-about a mile. I would like to walk several miles a day.
I had very little butter on my bacon and fried egg sandwich.
Half an hour's Sunday morning bed olympics.
Two hours and a number of miles in the woods, taking pictures and fighting off mosquitoes.

Ran four miles.
Well, I have always found those little pests intolerable. Lots of snow this winter, leading to lots of water everywhere this spring and recent rain has led to a formidable invasion right about now. It has to be endured, but I will not pretend that I like it. You can see a prime example of what I mean in the pictures taken by you thread.
Errrr. Don't ask...

Havent done anything this morning but will shortly be taking a 30 minute walk to the market!
Cycled to the beach and back - about 20 km altogether.

Ran four miles.
I walked about a mile and a half yesterday and today.
Went swimming!
I gave my stomach a day off! It even rumbled in gratitude several times a day!:-P
I exercise in the evening and it's only 8:30 am here. I have plans to do cardio and some weights later in the evening.
I had steaks on the grill, baked potato with sour cream, and three really good British dark beers... does that count?
I'll have a salad tomorrow... honest.
45 minute bike ride
Today I did some yoga exercises 2 times about 20 min each and extended swimming pool log sheet till 30th of September.
Today I spent most of my time rushing back and forth to the plumbing and generally feeling dreadful. I've had plenty of exercise, thanks.
Walked to the main shops with the kids. So feeling very refreshed and proud of myself, for getting off this addiction... Computer/interenet.
The ordinary bike ride to work this morning... and then I have to get myself back home again

Quitting smoking :)
Busy day: ran four miles, tennis for 40 minutes, mowed the lawn.
You are, I can say without fear of contradiction, a superstar. Giving up smoking was the most difficult thing I have ever had to do, since I was on 40 - 60 a day. Ten years down the line, food tastes ten times better, the cough is totally gone, I don't get out of breath doing simple things like winding my watch and I feel wonderfully self-righteous. Stick with it, because I'm prepared to wager that there are dozens if not hundreds of ex-smokers rooting for you. Stick with it, we're proud of you. And take each day at a time! :smile5:
Good luck quitting smoking, it's been almost 5 years since I quit! it gets easier! the hardest part was to drink coffee without my pipe it's an addictive combination :)
ran four miles -- moved and put together some solid pine bunk beds (the latter took me two hours, the former about 25-30 minutes)
Short bike ride, I was intending on a nice long ride today but it was feeling it so I cut it a little short.
Today I haven't done anything to keep fit - it's a lazy day - too hot outside, over 30 C (90 F) degrees.
