I went to University quite late in life [in my 30's] and that's where I discovered authors like Ngugi and Soyinka, as well as all the important Russian and Indian writers [we actually did a module on Salman Rushdie!]. It was a mind-broadening experience and I'm really glad I did it.
Anyway, that's enough about me. Hello.
My name is Constance and I live in Las Vegas, NV. I am a retired HS English Teacher, among other things these days ;-). I went to college in my early years and then went back at age 50, to get back into teaching again, this time for the public sector, prior to that I taught for corporations. So I graduated at age 54 with a BA in English and a BA in Communication Studies and began again. Now nearly 10 years later, I like to write and volunteer to teach disabled and sick children in hospital etc. It's nice to be in this welcoming place isn't it?
Best
Constance
