Is "cushioness" a word?

Well, I guess it is, but is it recognized as a genuine word?

(yup, tried to google it and came up with no straight answer)

It's not a word. I can't even think of where you might have found it or what it might mean.
If the meaning is to add the suffix "ness," then it's misspelled and should be cushionness, but that gives no sense because the suffix "ness" is used to transform an adjective into a noun (happiness, sadness, stillness, softness, openness) - and cushion is already a noun. What would be the meaning of cushionness - the state of being a cushion?
The only other possibility I can see is if the intention is to refer to a female cushion, in which case it's still a made-up word that might work in some sort of fantasy where you have male and female cushions, for example, instead of the Duke and Duchess of Windsor, you have the Cushion and Cushioness of Couch.

Of course it's a word. A cushioness is a maidservant who goes to fetch cushions. 108 fountains is being typically fraptillious.

cushionness
is that something to do with cushion?
so something that describes the feeling of it?
it is a word because it looks like one.
