Before Operation
-Ensure the head is attached to the neck with the three hex screws provided
-Check that the arms are securely connected to each shoulder
-Also make certain that the legs are firmly tightened to the pelvis machine (if either or both fall off, the Mechanical Man will not walk properly)
-The lithium-ion battery must be charged regularly
-Fasten the terminals to the silicon chip on side of neck with the clasp (b)
-Press the ON button and stand back until it speaks to you (the eyes will take a few moments to register and recognise you as its new master)
-Go for a walk with your 21st Century Companion to teach it the most direct route to the supermarket
