Anyone know about Elbert Hubbard?

Through my beloved grandfathers passing, I have obtained a few books from Elbert Hubbard. In one of the books I noticed it says, "This copy of the memorial edition in fourteen volumes of Elbert Hubbard's little journey's to the homes of the great has been specially prepared by the Roycroftersin their shop in east Aurora New York for Charles D Hartman Jr (my ggrandfather) as a gift to his son Richard Fenwick Hartman ( my grandfather). On his fourth birthday Feb.13th 1928". This is in print and I was wanting to know how I can find more information about this. I also have some scrapbooks his apparent daughter of Elbert put together. Can anyone give me some insight on this?

Hi Eleini, I was curious about your question so I looked on Wikipedia; you can read a whole biography of the man. I only skimmed it but it seemed to quite interesting. How fascinating you should have books from your grandparents that relate to this author.
