Hey I liked this a lot. Some very good lines in there, and I felt the intensity of the situation. I will say that the melodrama is not my type of poem. But fairly well done.

My goodness Three, reading this at 3:03 in the morning is really something.
So many things...that extra length of leash, intoxicated mid-life crisis, the mirror mirror...that wink...that last line. What makes us, what takes us...

Three, this is so glued together and progresses like stream of consciousness. I like the way it is somehow compressed and expanded at the same time.
Please write more.

I regret not having Ampoule's priviledge of reading this when I was in a 3AM state of mind and not bright and early in the morning. Nevertheless, an excellent poem.
