I found this on another forum, and I thought it was quite interesting, so I thought I'd share it with all of you.

You have to do it with headphones(speakers are no good), with the volume pretty loud. You don't have to do it with your eyes closed, but it makes it much much better (it's only sound, nothing to see, but it's easier on the imagination if your eyes are closed).

Don't worry, nothing scary, no screaming. Promise. :D
