Behind this smile,
So bittersweet,
Lies a deep
Agony,
Devouring me.
Behind these eyes
So bright,
Lie tears
Of sorrow,
Drowning me.
Behind this smile
So convincing,
Lies a fiery pain,
Scorching me.
Behind this façade,
That has overpowered you,
Lies me,
Slowly
Disintegrating.
