This is a riddle I've been given by one of my writer friends. He's buying me a book and he won't tell me what book but "Shining Biscuits" is a clue to the author.
Any ideas?
Thanks

ETA: He got it wrong. It's meant to be Shining Biscuits

Hello, Angelfish, welcome to the forum.
Your friend has really stumped me, and I have no knowledge (nor does Google) of any book named Otter Biscuits. I could only find a cookbook called Moose Racks, Bear Tracks, and other Alaska Kidsnacks by Alice Bugni, which includes a chapter of some kind on 'sea otter biscuits.' Ummm . . . yum? :D
I feel unsure whether this helps, but I could only find this. Good luck!

I tried Google too, to no avail. It's supposed to give a clue to the author's name, but I really have no idea at all.

Maybe the surname is some kind of biscuit...? I'm going to have a think. :)

ETA: Ok, it's definitely not an anagram
