Hello, all!
I am seeking help for my AP Literature class specific to Pride & Prejudice.
To be even more specific: Pemberley. I have been posed with a topic to create a discussion for however I wish to enlist the help of those in this forum so that I may strive for better understanding of my discussion. So, here it is:
"Many Critics cite Elizbeth's visit to Pemberley as a turning point in her cognizance of and attitude towards Darcy. Explain what Pemberley reveals about not only Darcy but also Elizabeth, her aunt, her uncle and the effect of Darcy's presence."
There it is. I was planning to lead off the discussion (five minutes) with descriptions about the symbolism that Pemberley provides for the novel. From there I was planning to address Elizabeth and her attitude/cognizance followed by Darcy and aunt and uncle. In conclusion I was planning to recount my points and hopefully come up with a very strong note to end upon. Thanks to any and all who can point out flaws in my tentative plan and discussion!
