I'm a Night Owl, living in Dallas, TX, so it'd be nice to talk to other night folks, or people in time zones that have their daytime hours during my nighttime hours!

I found this forum from a link on a service I subscribe to, "Shakespeare Sonnet-a-Day" ( http://sonnetaday.com/ ).

I am an unemployed technical writer, and my background is more in writing than in literature, but I do enjoy a good read.

Lately, I've been trying to catch up on all the good lit I never got around to--I just read my first Hemingway last spring!!

BTW, I'm very interested in linguistics, too. I majored in Rhetoric & Writing and in French, with a sort of a minor in linguistics, as much as it was available at my school. (Anything to do with languages!)

Looking forward to communicating with people with like interests!
