    ideal view from your window
Calvin: You can’t just turn on creativity like a faucet. You have to be in the right mood.

    Hobbes: What mood is that?

    Calvin: Last-minute panic.

Not my first choice (I would probably choose something naturally scenic), but a bird's eye view from the Burj Dubai came to mind:

    Next: perfect houseguest.

Neil Gaiman. I would set him up a nice writing area, serve him tea, surround him with cats, and then ... probably turn into a puddle of tears because of my admiration for him. I don't know WHAT I'd do!

    The ideal cat!
Then she would run until morning to ease the ache; swifter than rain, swift as loss, racing to catch up with the time when she had known nothing at all but the sweetness of being herself.

    Ideal student:

    The perfect tragedy.
I think if you make a signature, you should inspire some emotion in someone else. I also think it would be pretentious for me to think I could do that.

For me, it would be reading in bed all day long without worrying about getting anything done.

I take it as physical activity (otherwise, my answer would have been reading):

    Edit:

    Next: Ideal cup of coffee.
