I'm disappearing from the Forum for a while and I'd like to say what I hope will be only a temporary farewell to my friends here - au revoir, rather than goodbye. My long anticipated house move is about to take place - most of my belongings are packed and on board the removal lorry. I am living in cluttered chaos until the removal men return tomorrow to load the remaining bits and pieces - I should be sorting and packing at this very moment but somehow it's more attractive to read and talk about books! The computer will be unplugged tomorrow and I don't know when it will be reconnected - I have to arrange for a new telephone line and broadband package at the new address, shouldn't take long, I'm moving to Hampshire not the Back of Beyond, but I don't know when I shall be able to come on-line again. So, for the moment, thanks for the chat and the stimulating exchanges, not to mention the introduction to so many new authors, and I hope to be back soon. In the meantime, be good - well, goodish...
