Under-rated: opera, road-bikes, Cox Orange apples, Quark, tap water, teachers, French bread, plain vinaigrette dressing, hand push mowers...
I agree to almost the whole list, special thanks for mentioning Cox Orange Apples, and want to add: sparrows, meadows as opposed to lawn, daisies, Frank Zappa, bird song, and silence.
