Oh a shame that I missed it, I would have voted. You have the most imaginative and inspiring poetry contest subjects! I helped foster a few cats, then it is dance season and in the midst of all I had to redo a website and port it to a different hosting arrangement which turned into a nightmare. Have a lot more coming in June but hope things will quiet down for July. What's new with you? I got the dates mixed up for Puck when I wrote you last and I'm so sorry. I hope you've found peace.

There was crazy beach erosion but we were spared of the horror that happened in other areas. I am on Eastern Long Island and which is less intense as all the force concentrated to the west where the land squeezed the water causing the deadly surges. It's truly a miracle and I'm counting my blessings!
