CORRECTION: Because of a reporting error, a story in the Oct. 2 At Home section on restoring Edith Wharton's estate in Lenox incorrectly said that Shakespeare & Company had been ordered by a judge to "pay up" rent monies to Edith Wharton Restoration Inc. In fact, the judge ruled that Edith Wharton Restoration Inc. owed $50,000 to Shakespeare & Company, which performs plays on the property.
