Bram Stoker original for sale at 1.1m pounds

THE original manuscript of classic horror novel Dracula is expected to fetch up to 1.1 million pounds when it goes up for sale in New York.

The typewritten original version of Irish novelist Bram Stoker's work is to be sold at Christie's in New York next month.

The manuscript of the vampire novel was only discovered in 1984 and has never been sold before.

Experts believe Stoker typed it while living in London and may also have done some of the work on it at Cruden Bay in Aberdeenshire before Dracula was published in 1897.
