When you tune in to see producer/director/writer David Wickes's production of "Frankenstein" (Sunday at 8 on TNT), you may think you've got the wrong day or time or station: Surely this sled race across the Arctic Circle couldn't be Mary Wollstonecraft Shelley's classic tale.

But it is. So stay tuned, but take this as a sign that Wickes's movie will not be what you may have come to expect.

Even star Randy Quaid, who plays the Monster, was startled when he began reading the pages Wickes sent him.
