CHESAPEAKE -- CHESAPEAKE - Samuel Earl Bailey, 59, of the 2400 block of Locks Landing, was called to rest April 3, 2008, in Chesapeake Regional Medical Center. He was born in Wilson, N.C., to Christine Bailey and Samuel Johnson, who preceded him in death.
He was a graduate of Charles H. Darden High School, Wilson, N.C., and Tidewater Community College where he received his associates degree in science. He retired from the Naval Supply Center, Norfolk, after 30 years of service. He was a member of Tabernacle Christian Church where he was treasurer of the Men's Fellowship ...
