NSW: Actor Samuel Johnson to plead guilty to assault
SYDNEY, Oct 25 AAP - Television actor Samuel Johnson plans to plead guilty to an assault
charge stemming from a fight last month, his solicitor has told a Sydney court.
Johnson was not present today when the matter was heard at Downing Centre Local Court
this morning.
His solicitor, Greg Goold, said the actor was in Melbourne seeking psychological and
psychiatric treatment.
"He's in the process of having his first psychological and psychiatric assessment this
week," Mr Goold said.
