Jean-Jacques Rousseau, Robert Mugabe and now Peter Snow. It's land grab time again. But we are all entirely free to spend our money on fields and trees if we want to, even Mr Snow. It is only pounds 5,000 a pop after all. That is an acre for less than a second-hand car. But my advice is to spend your money on cocaine.

There is no stamp duty on cocaine. You do not have to look after cocaine. Nobody can "ramble'' over your cocaine. The Government doesn't generally confiscate cocaine and redistribute it to Glaswegian "crofters'', although it might try half-heartedly. I have bought a few acres. ...
