MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 27, 2001

PLATO Learning, Inc. (Nasdaq:TUTR) announced today its board of directors has approved a 4-for-3 stock split of the company's common stock to be effected in the form of a dividend effective October 26, 2001 to stockholders of record at the close of business on October 12, 2001.

Holders of PLATO Learning common stock will receive one-third of a share of common stock for each share of common stock owned. Stockholders will not be entitled to receive any resulting fractional shares, but will receive the value ...
