PLATO Learning, Inc. (Nasdaq:TUTR) today announced a partnership with Educational Testing Service (ETS) that will result in PLATO(R) Courseware and the PLATO(R) Simulated Test System replacing and enhancing the current LearningPlus(R) program from ETS.
