No tengo edad para haber vivido aquella España de postguerra y plato único descrita en los libros de Rafael Abella, de Fernando Vizcaíno Casas o de Fernando Díaz Plaja. Mis primeros recuerdos en usos de alimentación son la alegría de mi madre cuando quitaron las cartillas de racionamiento. Debió de ser hacia 1951.
