PLATO Learning, Inc. , a leading provider of K-Adult computer-based and e-learning solutions, today announced that it has launched the PLATO Science Academy Scholarship Program to foster interest in the sciences for middle and high school students. One-week, all expenses paid scholarships will be provided for 40 students. Students will participate in a customized science program at Space Center Houston, working with astronauts and other NASA scientists, from June 13-18, 2004 for tenth to twelfth grade students and June 20-25, 2004 for sixth to ninth grade students.
