PLATO Learning, Inc. , a leading provider of K-Adult computer-based and e-learning solutions, today announced it has been selected by the Spring Branch Independent School District in Houston, Texas, to provide middle and high school instructional software, professional services and a dedicated project manager to the district over the next five years. The school board chose PLATO Learning after an extensive evaluation process. PLATO Learning will be used in seven middle schools, four high schools and two alternative centers in the district to help boost student achievement.
