PLATO Learning, Inc. (NASDAQ:TUTR), a leading provider of K-adult computer-based and e-learning solutions, today announced the PLATO Learning board of directors has elected Michael A. Morache as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. David W. Smith, current acting President and CEO, will assume the position of Executive Chairman.
