Martin Luther King III Guest Of New Prime Minister

Roseau, Dominica - Dominica, a small mountainous Caribbean island of
unspoiled beauty in the eastern Caribbean, often confused with the
Dominican Republic, recently elected a new Prime Minister, the Honorable
Rossi Douglas. Prime Minister Douglas, who wanted his country to be the
first in Caribbean, under the leadership to declare Dr. Martin Luther King
Jr.'s birthday to be a national holiday, invited Martin Luther King Jr. III
to speak at the opening of Parliament.
