WASHINGTON, Nov 19, 2001 (United Press International via COMTEX) -- The new millennium will contrast sharply with the "get-rich-quick" economies of the late 1990s, which was particularly striking as dot-com billionaires jostled with stock-option centi-millionaires for the icons of conspicuous consumption.
