WASHINGTON, April 19 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Twenty high school seniors from Miami-Dade County are being named Horatio Alger Florida Scholars and will each receive a $2,500 college scholarship. These students provide an inspiring example of South Florida's youth, having already demonstrated the ability to accomplish their goals when faced with adversity.
