WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 /U.S. Newswire/ -- In every state across the country, a high school senior will find out today that they will receive a $10,000 college scholarship from the Horatio Alger Association of Distinguished Americans, Inc., and that they have been selected as one of only 107 in the entire nation to be named a 2005 Horatio Alger National Scholar.
