WASHINGTON, May 27 /U.S. Newswire/ -- Sixteen high school seniors from across Kentucky have been named as Horatio Alger Pennsylvania Scholars and will each receive a $2,500 college scholarship. These students provide an inspiring example of Kentucky's youth, having already demonstrated a drive to accomplish their goals, even in the face of adversity.
